Hovaria® 'Fireworks Pink'
One of the most special plants in your garden.

Hovaria 'Fireworks Pink'

Due to the shape of its flowers the pink ’Fireworks’ Hydrangea has to be considered a lacecap, however without the loss of petals and pollen from the small flowers in the centre of the inflorescence. Together with its double star-shaped florets it is a very exceptional plant, suited to be used indoors, in the garden and on the terrace.

Both indoors and outdoors this Hydrangea, with its special characteristics and inflorescences is very ornamental. It sets buds easily and therefore it can flower wealthy and over a long time. Even into late autumn new flowers can be opening while the older ones are becoming green.

It owes its name “Fireworks” to the appearance of the flower head. Double star-shaped pink florets ring the outer edge of each flower head like little exploding rockets.

The care of this exceptional Hydrangea and its hardiness in winter are comparable with that of other Hydrangea macrophylla varieties. The growth is rather robust; the strong roots and stems guarantee a healthy way of growing and flowering in the garden. As a houseplant it belongs to the best tenable varieties.
